After some exciting growth, we’re looking for a Client Service Manager to join our Auckland team.

We’re looking for someone who is interested in marketing (especially digital marketing), thrives on organisation (we’re talking Marie Kondo levels!), and is confident working with internal teams & clients.

Some previous experience in a marketing or agency role is preferred, however if you think you’ve got what it takes without this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

A bit about the role:

You’ll be working alongside the Reason team on some exciting clients - acting as the glue between the client and our team. Key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Managing the day-to-day workflows across a mix of existing & new clients, with the support of Business Directors within the business.
  • Project managing our internal teams to ensure a seamless & on-time delivery of work. Using our project management tool for this with a high level of attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Supporting the team on client strategy and planning - and ensuring we deliver to it.
  • Fostering excellent relationships with your clients & internal teams.

The key skills we're looking for in this role are:

  • An ability to build strong, trust-based relationships - you’re caring, but also honest & upfront when it comes to relationships.
  • An interest & passion for digital - and eagerness to learn and develop further in this space.
  • Being able to wrangle your colleagues & clients, and negotiate where required to get a great outcome for all.
  • Stellar organisational skills & strong attention to detail - you get energy from getting it done!
